Personal Information - we will hold your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and medical information on file in a locked cabinet.

Source of Personal Information

The information retained on file will have been supplied by you the client directly either by email, phone conversation or during face-to-face consultations.

Contacting Clients

You can opt in or out to be contacted by post, email, telephone and text message.

Once consent is obtained we will rely on you the client to opt out of any contact method.

Use of Information

The information provided by the client will be used when offering contact and treatments to the client.

Information provided will not be shared to any other individuals without prior consent.

Information may be processed to comply with legal and statutory requirements.

Retention of Information

We will hold client information for ten years to comply with insurance requirements.

Clients paying by card using the izettle payment method will have a receipt issued if requested by you via the email address you provide.

If you request a receipt you can opt for your email information to be stored on the izettle for future receipts. This information will not be shared. If paying by card using a debit or credit card your financial information will not be shared, please see the izettle terms and conditions own policy.
